Officials and engineers employed by the Arada and Kirkos districts are being investigated by a task force of the Addis Abeba City Administration for alleged corrupt practices in awarding compensation to residents who were relocated from a total of 42ht selected for redevelopment.
The investigation was launched after officials in the city administration became suspicious of some of the valuation amounts of properties.
