Nigeria: Registration Will Not Hinder Passing Out - Tsiga

Akure — Director General of the National Youth Service Corps [NYSC] Brigadier General Ismaila Tsiga at the weekend assured the 2010 batch. A corps members posted to different states that the on-going voters' registration would not affect the February 10 passing out ceremony if extended by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

Tsiga who disclosed this while in Akure to monitor the registration exercise said he was highly overwhelmed by the performance of the corps members in the exercise. He said he decided to monitor the exercise in the 36 states of the federation to ensure proper security for corps members.
