Nigeria sold $500 million international bonds to stimulate corporate borrowing in Africa's biggest oil producing nation, vice chairman of national planning, Shamsuddeen Usman, said at the weekend.
Usman said this at a presentation to investors in London, which was obtained by Daily Independent.
