Nigeria: Queen Elizabeth's Chaplain in Rivers

The Chaplain to the Queen of England, Rev. Canon George Kovoor, was in Port Harcourt as part of his official visit to the Anglican Communion in Rivers State and others in the Niger Delta.

Rev. Kovoor leads Queen Elizabeth II in confined worship as chaplain while he is also the Principal of Trinity College, Bristol in the United Kingdom. The Reverend Father visited Governor Rotimi Amaechi yesterday at the Government House during which he lauded the state government for the attention accorded the education sector.
