An Abuja High Court will on February 28 decide on a preliminary objection filed by Julius Berger PLC over the land suit instituted against it by Gbagyi natives over alleged illegal acquisition of their land.
In the preliminary objection, Julius Berger through its lawyer, A.O. Shokale, had urged Justice Bawa Balami to disqualify the court from entertaining the suit for lack of jurisdiction, arguing that it ought to be heard at AMAC where the land in dispute is situated.
