Abuja — Presidential Adviser on Petroleum Matters, Dr Emmanuel Egbogah has denied that differences between the Federal Government and international oil companies are responsible for the delay in the passage of the Petroleum Industry Bill currently before the National Assembly.
Egbogah who spoke to journalists in Abuja during a workshop organized by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) said there are no contentious issues delaying the bill.
