The Governor of Enugu State says the death of Hon. Justice Philip Nnaemeka Agu is a personal loss to him and his family. He described the former Supreme Court Justice as a first class jurist whose career was marked by exceptional contributions to the growth of the legal profession.
Chime in a statement in Enugu by his Special Adviser Media, VinMartin Obiora Ilo, said he was pained by the death of the legal luminary at a time when the country and Enugu State in particular needed his invaluable experience and counsel most.
