Ghana: Two Muslim Groups Clash Over Mosque - With Three Sustaining Cutlass Wounds

Takoradi — At least, three people sustained cutlass wounds, when moslem factions fighting over the ownership of a Mosque at Aboadze Ahanta in the Ahanta West District of the Western Region, clashed over the weekend.

The injured persons were named as the Chief Imam of the Mosque, Mallam Ayensu, 56, his wife, Ayesha Awanza, 42, and son, Abdul Salem Yuissif, 24.
