Angola: Over 1,000 New Officers Join Police

Luanda — Some 1.135 new police officers, among 112 women, have joined Angolan National Police (PNA) during a ceremony attended by the Interior Minister, Sebastião Martins and the commander general of the corporation, Ambrósio de Lemos.

Angop learnt that this event is part of the celebration programme of the 35th anniversary of the Angolan National Police, marked on February 28.
