Paris — One of Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi's sons has asked French President Nicolas Sarkozy to return money allegedly used to finance his 2007 election campaign.
Seif al-Islam Kadhafi told Euronews that he would reveal details about Sarkozy's financing by the Kadhafi regime, which would take him down.
"We funded it and we have all the details and are ready to reveal everything. The first thing we want this clown to do is to give the money back to the Libyan people," Seif al-Islam Kadhafi told the European television channel.
France and Britain have taken the lead on calling for foreign military intervention in Libya against Kadhafi's regime.
Libya's state-run news agency Jana reported recently that it would soon publish a "grave secret" that would lead to Sarkozy's downfall.
The French presidency has denied the allegation that Sarkozy received campaign funding from Kadhafi.

Well, is a lesson learn from Ghaddafi son; do you think that a supremist will ever bound down to someone that he has always looking down on when his/her only cause is to destroy you in any ways and means !!! That Sarkozy was just friendly to you for his own gain, and nothing more. That tells Africa and Africans that a true friend from that part of the world will, would never be acheive; we mean, NEVER !!! If whatever is happening is not in their interest, you better believe that they will follow upon it with destruction; and that's whay Africa and Africans have being seeing for centuries from that part of the world !!!
Even if he used gadhafi money for elections that does not mean gadhafi bought him. he is making his own decisions. Gadhafi should not think they can buy people.I hope all those gadhafi thought he bought will turn against him
