Angola: Meeting Analyses Role of Churches in Promotion of Children's Rights

Sumbe — Representatives of the provincial department of the Children's National Institute, as well as churches and non governmental organisations in Kwanza Sul Province, met Thursday to discuss the role of this institute in promotion and protection of children's rights.

The forum was facilitated by the director of INAC, Correia Bongue, and analysed the promotion and protection of children's rights in the perspective of the African Charter on Rights and Wellbeing of Children, as well as patriotic education of children in schools and churches.
