Abuja — Independent Election Monitoring Group (IEMG) has blamed staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for its (INEC's) failure to conduct the National Assembly elections on Saturday.
It alleged that some staff of the commission swapped the names of trained ad-hoc workers with the names of their friends, relations and cronies.
