Luanda — The National Institute of Consumers' Defence (Inadec) is attending since Monday, in São Tomé and Príncipe, a training programme on Consumer's Rights and Regulation in Telecommunications, designed for Portuguese and Spanish speaking African countries, ANGOP has learnt.
The event is scheduled to end on Thursday (April 21) and is being organised by the General Authority on Regulation (AGER) and the Centre of Excellence for Portuguese and Spanish Speaking Countries of Africa.
