The High Court sitting in Kisii will deliver a ruling on Tuesday as to whether the upcoming countrywide recruitment of constables into the Kenya and Administration Police service will proceed as scheduled.
An advocate of the High court Kerosi Ondieki filed the case seeking to halt the recruitment on grounds that the qualifications outlined discriminate against a certain class of Kenyans on the basis of height, health status and disability.
