Zambia: Mweembe Muntu to Release Headache

AFTER being silent for over five years, Mweembe Chulu, the other member of the reunited Black Muntu duo, is set to release his second 13-track album Headache at the end of next month.

Mweenbe went silent for five years after releasing his Vobwelekabweleka album which did fairly well and has hits such as the title track Vobweleka bweleka, Cousin ft Winstone Moyo and Nga ule twishika.

In an interview, Mweembe told Times Entertainment that he feels matured both as a person and a musician after the five years he's been quiet.

"I have grown as a person and a musician, and I urge my fans to brace themselves for some great stuff that I've worked on this year," he said.

Headache was recorded at different studios and it is a mixture of avariety of flavours. To its credit, the album has renowned producers, among them Jerry Fingers, Davy from Goal Den records, Ken Dollar from Tiwale Studios in Matero, O.C of Obama Records and Trick Star, who worked on the hit single Headache.

The title track Headache is enjoying massive airplay and the video is currently showing on local TV stations.

Other tracks on the album include Afuna Kuziba featuring Oga Kent, Insalamu, Lesa Apale,Ukutangila Tekufika, Chi bebebe and Teine Chinondo.
