More patience is needed from former displaced persons in northern Uganda over the delayed arrest and prosecution of the top five Lord's Resistance Army leaders indicted over war crimes, the International Criminal Court (ICC) urged yesterday.
The ICC explained that the indictment still stands and the top leadership of the fugitive rebel group would be arrested any time to answer to the charges against them.
