Nairobi — Residents of an estate in Nakuru want the construction of a university campus in their locality stopped, saying it will devalue their property.
In a suit filed before the High Court, residents of Milimani estate say they have invested millions in their property and that a university in the area would bring about the construction of cheap residential houses and kiosks.
