Abuja — AS the scramble for ministerial slots into President Goodluck Jonathan new cabinet peaked by various political interest groups, the man who holds the ace, the President-elect has vowed that only those with the required competence would make his new cabinet.
Jonathan appointed the present 43-member council in April 2010, following the dissolution of the late President Umaru Yar'Adua's cabinet in April of the same year.
