Abuja — The Senate yesterday caved in to strident extraneous pressure to pass the much delayed but highly demanded National Health Bill barely 24hrs after market women and public health activists stormed National Assembly complex in protest.
But to deface the effect of the protest, Senate President, David Mark warned after the passage that the upper chamber did not pass the bill because of any public pressure.
