Kenya: Jubilee Increases Its Share Capital

Jubilee Holdings Ltd has increased its share capital to Sh350 million from Sh247.5 million. The companys' shareholders approved the increase during the Annual General Meeting held yesterday as it moves towards further expansion.

This will see the number of ordinary shares increase from 49.5 million to 70 million which will be issued as bonus shares at a ratio of 1:10 for the second consecutive year. This will be financed with the companys' retained profits amounting to Sh24.7 million .
