Players in the housing, building and construction sectors hope incentives will be extended to stimulate the sectors as the 2011/12 budget speech is read today.
They hope for injection of incentives towards development of low cost housing and manufacturing of construction materials in order to pass the cost benefit to end buyers. They also hope tax remissions will be given to savings for home purchase to motivate first time buyers.
