Rwanda: Junior Wasps End Taos Camp in Style

The Junior Wasps wrapped up their two-week training camp in Taos in style after a 4-0 win over NM Rush Argonauts U17 team.

The result meant that Richard Tardy's side won all their three friendlies; the others being a 3-1 win over Rio Vista U19 and 3-0 victory against Classic Gladiators U18.

Against Argonauts, Justin Mico continued to prove his worth in the team with a brace. Andrew Buteera and Alfred Mugabo scored the other goals.

Skipper Emery Bayisenge was pleased with the result and the entire training camp.

"We have had a good run of results which is a sign of good progress in the team," he said.

The team is expected to arrive in Pachuca (the venue for their opening game against England) this Sunday.

The team will reside at Fiesta Inn hotel. Pachuca is situated 96km from Mexico City.
