The International criminal court is to rule on Monday on whether to issue an arrest warrant for Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi over possible crimes against humanity.
The court, which is based in The Hague in The Netherlands, will announce its decision at 11 GMT on Monday, just one hundred days after the start of Nato's operations in Libya.
