In a bid to harmonise its competitiveness and relevance compared with other institutions of higher learning, and to attract potential post-Doctoral graduate students from across the region and internationally, Gulu University has amended its PhD policy.
Early last week, the university management, deans and senior academic staff and international and regional scholars met at a two day workshop in Gulu Town to review and strengthen the existing PhD policies and make it expressively clear and meet regional standards.
