Over the week-end, I rushed my father to a community hospital somewhere in Kampala with severe Malaria. For the two days he spent in hospital, he was put on four drips of quinine.
Thanks to God, the old man is now fine. I am not writing this article to comment about malaria, but on customer service in Uganda's businesses, particularly in the medical field.
