Kampala — After a three-day stand-off, Kampala Capital City Authority officials yesterday evicted former mayor Nasser Sebaggala from the town clerk's residence in Nakasero, an upscale city suburb.
Al-hajj Sebaggala, who has been claiming ownership of the house, was present and looked on helplessly as law enforcers pried open new locks he had put on the doors before they loaded his belongings onto their trucks and drive to City Hall.
