Kenya: WFP is Lacking Funds to Feed Millions

The world food program says it doe not have enough money to feed Millions of drought stricken people in Kenya, Somalia and Ethiopia. WFP executive director Josette Sheeran is appealing for more funds to plug a forty percent shortfall in their 477 million dollar budget. He says the agency needs over 180 million dollars for their relief operations. Sheeran says their biggest challenge is the growing numbers of Somali refugees in Kenya and Ethiopia.
