The Court of Appeal sitting as the Presidential Tribunal in Abuja will Thursday deliver a ruling on the preliminary objections filed by President Goodluck Jonathan and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party, challenging the legitimacy of the petition filed by the Congress for Progressive Change to nullify the April 16 presidential election.
The President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Ayo Salami, adjourned for ruling after all the counsel had made their submissions.
