Luanda — The chairperson of the National Youth Council (CNJ), Cláudio Aguiar, hailed the construction of the Kilamba City, which he said is expected to start providing houses for young people.
The official said so at the end of a visit to that city by CNJ president, Joaquim Israel, having stressed that the construction of the city has come to increase the hope of citizens.
