Angola: AMCJ President Points Out Domestic Violence Law Gains

Luanda — The president of the Association of Women Jurists (AMCJ), Solange Machado, said Thursday in Luanda that the innovations of the Law Against Domestic Violence will bring benefits to families and the society at large.

Speaking during a lecture on Domestic Violence jointly promoted by AMCJ, the Ministry of Family and Women Promotion and the ruling MPLA party's Women Organisation (OMA), Solange Machado considered the law as a gain for the house of shelter for violence victims.
