Nigeria: Abaniwonda - a Curious Death in the Lagoon

Lagos — The questions of Mrs Kuburat Abaniwonda, the wife of Mr Al-Mustain Alade Abaniwonda, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in Lagos State and ministerial nominee who drowned in the Lagos Lagoon last Monday, have not been answered. He did not fight anybody. He had no cause for such."

His remains were found floating on the lagoon on the third day (Wednesday) behind the Medical Unit of the Nigerian Army Base, Bonny Camp, about 500 metres from where he fell into the water.
