Sudan: President Al-Bashir Affirms Concern With Strategic Planning Education Quality

Khartoum — President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, has reiterated the concern of the state with strategic planning, adding that the state should have a clear vision on its programmes in the long run.

Addressing a graduation ceremony of the fifth fellowship and MA session of the Higher Security Academy, President Al-Bashir said that the importance of the academy emanates from its concern with the strategies, pointing out that the government remained giving due concern to the strategic planning since the beginning of the three-year programme for mobilization of Sudan economy in the early nineties and after its success the state shifted to the 10-year strategy which also achieved success. He pointed out that after that the state has entered the scope of the quarter-century strategy.
