Angola: Civil Protection Creates Conditions to Assist Fainting Victims

Luanda — The civil protection system has created conditions to provide assistance to the victims of the alleged cases of fainting, taking place since April in some schools of certain provinces of the country, ANGOP has learnt.

This was announced by the commander of the Department of Civil Protection and Fire Service, linked to the Home Ministry, commissioner Vicente Gimbe.

Some mechanisms have been created to protect casual victims, said the officer, adding that technical and human means have also been made available.

"There are conditions to provide assistance and the fact no deaths have been recorded make us rule out the need to mobilise other means", he added.
