THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has said former minister of Works and Supply Mike Mulongoti is not telling the truth by claiming that Government Printers has the capacity to print ballot papers because they managed to print some samples of ballot papers.
ECZ director Priscilla Isaac said in an interview in Lusaka yesterday that printing ballot papers could only be done on a machine that had capacity to print and package them in specified numbers of bundles.
