Nigeria can earn more than N3billion annually and create over one million jobs, representing 10 percent reduction in official unemployment rate in the country, through intervention in the ship chandelling business, currently lying prostrate from poor regulation.
Recent statistics released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed that about 10 million Nigerians were unemployed in Nigeria at March, 2009.
