Equatorial Guinea: President Obiang Nguema Mbasogo On National Tour to 'Promote Political Reforms'

The President of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, has embarked on a national tour whose objective is to inform the public on the Constitutional Law Reform Project.

Nguema who has been in power since 1979, is accompanied by other members of the government in efforts to inform the public about the draft amendments of the Constitution. Nguema will also use the opportunity to inaugurate the works on infrastructural development that his government has rolled out in each of the country's municipalities.
