Education Minister Professor Ruqayyatu Ahmed Rufa'i yesterday in Abuja inaugurated task teams for the four year strategic plan for the development of the education sector with a stern warning that any of them found wanting would be replaced without delay.
Task teams are expected to submit the four year strategic document in four weeks at the time the minister would have spent 100 days in office to start monitoring implementation.
