Once more, Ghana is embroiled in a loan facility controversy. After the controversial STX Korea deal, which has left rotten egg on the faces of all Ghanaians, The Chronicle is of the view that proper scrutiny would be made before another loan is contracted.

It appears though, that the administration of Prof. John Evans Atta Mills, with the many hawks baying for the blood of those who demand proper assessment of the merit or otherwise of loans contracted by the state, are determined to have their way.
