Dodoma — Four civil society organisations, namely Action Aid Tanzania, Agenda Participation 2000, Tanga Youth Development and Youth Partnership, have said the ongoing power rationing is shaming the Fourth Phase government.
The group said in a statement issued in Dodoma last weekend that power rationing was impeding social and economic development of the country, thus the need to mobilise people in Dar es Salaam, Tanga, Coast and Dodoma regions to call on the government to urgently address the power crisis.
