Many developers have over the past few years attributed the high cost of housing partly to the rising cost of building materials like cement, quarry stones, steel, and finishings.
Observers have pointed out that part of the answer to this problem could be to embrace technologies that innovatively deliver cheaper but durable building materials. Some people are already showing the way in Kenya.
