UNITED Party for National Development (UPND) aspiring candidate for Ndola Central Constituency Moses Newa has said that he hopes to make health, sanitation and education top on his agenda if elected.
Mr Newa said that he would make sure that he built more schools and clinics in these areas as this would reduce illiteracy levels and improve the health of the people in the constituency.
