Nigeria: Bishop Advises FG to Address Violence

Jos — The Catholic Archbishop of Jos, Most Rev. Ignatius Kaigama has charged authorities to identify root causes of incessant violent crises across the country and address them accordingly.

He made the charge in a statement over the violence that broke out in Jos, Plateau state during the Sallah celebration, stating that all those encouraging or promoting "this unfortunate situation should be made known, in the interest of common good" to stop instigating violence.
