Five workers at a Coca-Cola depot in Mushin, Lagos, were on Monday docked at a Mushin Magistrates' Court for the alleged theft of the firm's branded vests and pens meant for the promotion of one of its products.
The accused, Emmanuel Francis, 21, Ayo Marvis, 23, Seun Olukoya, 24, Opeyemi Niyi, 25 and Nelson Ozili, 26, all pleaded not guilty. They are facing a two-count charge of stealing and receiving stolen items.
