Kano — Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso was yesterday absent at the annual Durbar ceremony usually organised by the Kano Emirate Council to mark the second day of Sallah celebration.
This is the first time in a long time in the history of Kano that a sitting governor will be conspicuously absent at the annual Durbar ceremony (Hawan Daushe).
