Nigeria: Three Remanded Over Death of Constable

Seyi Egbonwan, 30, Wale Ojupon, 18, and Daniel Emeka, 18, are facing a seven-count charge of stealing, breach of peace, murder, assault, and possession of firearms before Mrs Oyindamola Ogala, a Chief Magistrate. She therefore ordered that they be kept in custody pending when the court gets advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
