Windhoek — The Minister of Education, Dr Abraham Iyambo, and his deputy, Dr David Namwadi, yesterday held a press briefing to shed light on what happened to the N$84.7 million allocated by Cabinet for emergencies last year in October.
The money was availed after Iyambo's request for additional funds to renovate and build new schools in the country.
