Namibia: Govt to Act On Teen Pregnancies

Windhoek — The severity of pregnancies among schoolgirls is demonstrated by the unacceptably high figures of 1 493 girls dropping out of school due to pregnancy in 2010.

107 cases of pregnant teenage schoolgirls were recorded in June and July this year in the Ohangwena Region.
