Windhoek — Tensions is running high between teachers at the Okakarara Vocational Training Centre (OVTC) and the school's Head of Training after the latter apparently almost attacked them with a knife and threatened to kill one of them.
The teachers, preferring to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals, say they are disappointed that even though they reported the perpetrator to the Permanent Secretary's office in the ministry of Education, which conducted an investigation, the ministry decided to downplay the incident.
