Gambia: Passengers Got Shaken, As Ferry Moves Off Track

Passengers on board the 'Johe' ferry were on Sunday 28th April 2011 shaken as the ferry veered off its route from Barra to Banjul and stayed in the water for almost four hours.

The incident was disclosed to Foroyaa by some passengers on board the said ferry, who decided to make telephone calls after realising that they are encountering a problem with the ferry as it was not moving towards the direction of their destination in Banjul.
