Uganda: Draru Jailed 14 Years Over Kazini's Death

Lydia Draru, a Woman who confessed killing former army commander Maj. Gen. James Kazini has been sentenced to fourteen years in prison over manslaughter, a lighter case of causing death.

Kampala High Court before Justice Monica Mugyenyi sentenced Ms Draru to the prison saying that prosecution had failed to its case of murder before court.
